BLCC Incorperation Rules

Club Motorsport Rules as 31/12/2017:

Club Permit Scheme:

The Ballarat Light Car Club manages a Club Permit scheme for vehicles and motorbikes over 25 years of age. An applicant for a Club Permit with BLCC must have been a member of the club for at least 3 months and have attended a minimum of 1 club meeting prior to application.

  • Any modifications that are (or singular modification) made to the vehicle after it has been accepted into the scheme will also need to be cleared with the Committee, to ensure the Club remains comfortable with how the car or bike is presented. (As per VSI 8 and VSI 33).
  • Club “Rego” is not an avenue to bypass engineering approval for a vehicle and getting it on the road. VASS certification will be necessary for those vehicles that do not comply to VicRoad’s VSI 8.
